Computer Vs Sleep
We depend on electronic instruments from morning to night in all our activities. With the advancement of modern science these devices makes our life easy and comfortable. But overuse or over dependence on it make some negative impact upon health. Electronic instruments excited the activities of brain that cause reduction of sleeping. Specially computer, smartphone, laptop etc if used at night before sleeping cause late sleeping. In some experiment it has seen that, the artificial light of this instrument occur reaction with the chemical of brain. This chemicals are very important for sleeping & when they become excited creates problem in sleeping. Our body clock control the MELATONIN HORMONE which play important role in sleeping. The light of computer reduce the level of MELATONIN and some experiment found that it not only cause MELATONIN reduction but also increase the fat level, thus push the risk of diabetes up. So it is not wise to use computer at night before 2 hour of sleeping.
